I had a visit from a friend,
it's been so long.
This dear and slightly mischievous soul,
Brought gifts,
Laughs, I desperately needed,
Views and viewpoints,
More in sync with mine, for once,
Hmmm, maybe the in sync was a hidden given?
Something juicy to sink my lips into.
